John Malkovich
Responsibilities: Overall direction of Intersco’s activity, managing the work of departments.
Mr. Malkovich opened Intersco in 1981 near old Highway 99 in Fresno, California with one truck and a trailer. Since that time, with the help of a dedicated staff John has been able to grow the company into one of the most reliable trucking companies all over the world.
Walter Harrows
Responsibilities: Increasing management's effectiveness, developing strategic plan, accomplishing subsidiary objectives
Walter Harrows was raised in the trucking industry. At a young age, he began working closely with his father at a local trucking company. After graduating high school, he served in the Marine Corps and when he returned home in 1981, he began working full-time for Intersco..
Dennis Richardson
Responsibilities: Leading the operations functions, purchasing new vehicles
Dennis got involved in the trucking industry when he was 12 years old. He began washing trucks where his father was working at a terminal in Los Angeles. When he turned 21, he got his Class A license to drive trucks and that’s when he joined our company.
Jack Tompson
Responsibilities: Scheduling drivers to pick up and deliver loads to customers or vendors
Jack has been working as a dispatcher for over 15 years. Before he began working for Intersco in June of 2010, he worked as a dispatcher for a local towing company. He takes pride in doing things right the first time and believes the customer always comes first.
Martha Green
Responsibilities: Providing and interpreting financial information
Martha has worked as a bookkeeper for her entire adult life. She worked for 20 years at an ambulance and towing company as a dispatch supervisor and Corporate Secretary. After the business closed in 2001, she started working full-time for Intersco. She is one of our most dedicated employees.
Nick Nelson
Responsibilities: Performing safety work, reviewing all accident investigations
Nick began working as an Executive Assistant for Intersco in July of 2011. In that short amount of time, he decided to connect his life with the trucking industry. In October 2013, he became the Safety Director and today he works diligently implementing safety policies.
